Dell Technologies recently introduced new AI innovations to assist Microsoft customers in simplifying AI adoption, expediting deployment, and managing workloads efficiently within multicloud environments. These advancements also enhance data protection and bolster cybersecurity strategies. “Organizations modernizing their IT strategies to support emerging workloads, like AI, need solutions that help them innovate faster, control costs, and protect data across multicloud environments,” said Arthur Lewis, president, Infrastructure Solutions Group, Dell Technologies.

Dell APEX File Storage for Microsoft Azure will soon offer a Dell-managed option for simplified deployment and management experiences, enabling organizations to handle AI workloads in multicloud environments with high scalability, enterprise-class performance, and data services of Dell PowerScale. It is designed for performance-intensive AI workloads with an architecture that provides high performance density and scale, ensures seamless data mobility and operational consistency across on-premises and cloud environments, and integrates natively with Microsoft AI tools for quicker data-driven insights. Dell Technologies also offers AI Adoption Services, including Accelerator Services for Copilot+ PCs, Services for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio, and Implementation Services for Microsoft Azure AI Service.

Dell expands AI tools for Microsoft

These services enhance productivity, assist in developing and implementing Copilot agents and AI solutions, and support new business opportunities through on-premises AI application development with Azure AI services. Cybersecurity Services include Dell APEX Protection Services for Microsoft Azure, which delivers AI-powered cloud data protection and cyber resiliency across edge locations, remote offices, and data centers, and Advisory Services for CMMC for Microsoft, which aligns cybersecurity posture with CMMC guidelines.

Dell experts also provide 24/7 monitoring, detection, investigation, and response to threats through Managed Detection and Response with Microsoft. “Our customers are looking for ways to modernize their IT infrastructure and adopt hybrid cloud services safely and securely,” said Aung Oo, VP of Azure Storage, Microsoft. “Dell Technologies is enabling their customers to bring their existing knowledge, trusted platforms, and enterprise data to Azure to speed the adoption of critical technologies including Azure AI Services.”

Microsoft customers will benefit from improved AI development environments in Copilot and Azure AI Studios, enhanced data integration with existing systems, cost efficiency by processing data locally, and scalability and flexibility to meet unique industry needs.
