Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC has entered into a five-year global original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement with one of the world’s leading enterprise software vendors. The partnership will integrate Eagle Eye’s AIR platform into the vendor’s forthcoming cloud-based loyalty solution set to launch in 2025. The deal is Eagle Eye’s first OEM agreement and is expected to significantly contribute to the company’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) once the solution becomes operational.
The first customers are anticipated to go live in early 2026. The agreement terms include a minimum three-year commitment starting in the current year. Eagle Eye’s AIR platform will provide key components such as Omnichannel Promotions, Real-Time Loyalty, and Cloud-based Basket Adjudication services.
These features will enable enterprise customers to rapidly deploy advanced, omnichannel, real-time loyalty programs at scale.
Global expansion through new OEM partnership
Tim Mason, CEO of Eagle Eye, commented, “Being selected by one of the world’s largest enterprise software vendors for this multi-year, global agreement underlines our leading position in enterprise-grade, personalised, real-time loyalty at scale.
We are excited by the opportunity to support further major brands in their loyalty programmes, accelerating our entrance into new sectors and geographies.”
This strategic move is expected to facilitate Eagle Eye’s expansion into new sectors and geographies, offering a substantial opportunity for growth. The partnership highlights the company’s capabilities in delivering enterprise-scale, real-time loyalty solutions that can be personalized for the world’s largest brands across various sectors.
