EA Sports is set to release F1 25, the latest installment in their popular racing simulation series, on May 30. The game promises to deliver an immersive and thrilling experience for fans of the sport. One of the most anticipated features of F1 25 is the return of the narrative-driven Braking Point mode.

This epic blockbuster puts players right into the action, allowing them to control the fate and destiny of the characters they play as. In this latest installment, players will navigate multiple perspectives within a new story. Konnersport, now under the ownership of Davidoff Butler, finds itself competing against the best on the grid during the 2024 season.

After a dramatic event, it’s up to the players to steer Konnersport to championship glory in 2025. Creative director Gavin Cooper emphasized the importance of creating authentic characters in Braking Point. “The time we’ve spent with these characters over the last five years has brought us to the point where we feel we can now tell a story that puts them in contention for the championship, pitting them against the official teams as rivals,” he explained.

The game also features state-of-the-art motion-captured cutscenes, heart-stopping on-track gameplay, and rebalanced difficulty options. Once the narrative concludes, players can further develop Konnersport’s legacy beyond Braking Point in the revamped My Team mode.

F1 25 provides an immersive experience, with all 20 drivers represented across 10 teams, including six rookies and cover star Lewis Hamilton at Ferrari. The game also features exclusive collaborations with Apple Original Films’ F1***, ensuring there’s something for every fan to enjoy. Another significant improvement is the use of Nvidia Audio2Face technology, which generates facial animations based on recorded audio.

This means drivers will be fully animated during Meet The Press segments, enhancing the overall immersive experience. Players who own F1 23 or F1 24 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, EA App, or Steam can take advantage of a 15% pre-order loyalty discount for the Iconic Edition, which includes early access, perks related to cover star Lewis Hamilton, and special liveries for the 2025 season. With all these new features and improvements, F1 25 is set to be the most fully-featured racing simulation yet.

Fans of the series can look forward to experiencing the thrill of Formula 1 racing like never before when the game launches on May 30.
