Pokémon GO players are in for an exciting week from June 23 to June 29, 2025. The week is packed with events and special features that will keep trainers busy catching and battling. The week kicks off with Max Monday on June 23, where Dynamax Caterpie will appear in Max Battles from 6 PM to 7 PM local time.

On June 24, Growlithe will be the featured Pokémon for Spotlight Hour, offering a 2x evolution XP bonus. Daily Raid Hours will feature the Regis from June 23 to June 27. Each day from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, one of the Regis will be featured, including Regirock, Registeel, Regice, Regieleki, Regidrago, and Regigigas.

The Ancients Recovered event runs from June 23 to June 27 and includes daily raids featuring the Regis, the introduction of Hyper Training and Bottle Caps, increased Remote Raid limits and XL Candy from trades, and Gigantamax Galar starter raids and exclusive shop bundles. Ticket holders for GO Fest can hatch event-themed 2km and 5km eggs early from June 23 to June 27, with increased chances of hatching shinies. Pokémon GO Fest Global 2025 takes place on June 28 and 29, running from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time each day.

The event will feature the debut of shiny Frigibax and Carbink, and Crowned Zacian and Zamazenta will make their appearances in raids. The weekly five-star raid schedule includes the Regis, Crowned Sword Zamazenta, and Crowned Shield Zacian. Mega Beedrill will be available in Mega Raids from June 23 to 29.

One-star and three-star Shadow Raids will be available daily, with five-star Shadow Raids on weekends featuring Shadow Registeel with a chance for a Shiny variant. During the Ancient Recovered event, Gigantamax Rillaboom, Cinderace, and Inteleon will be available in Max Battles. GO Battle League Season 23 begins on June 3, 2025, with end-of-season rewards, rank resets, and multiple active leagues.

The Season of Delightful Days spotlights Crowned Zacian and Zamazenta and introduces Pokémon from the Galar, Paldea, and Hisui Regions, with bonuses including one additional Special Trade per day, increased XP for the first catch of the day, and double Daily Adventure Incense duration.

GO Fest Global 2025 highlights

Pokémon GO Fest 2025: Global is the biggest event of the year, taking place on June 28 and 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time each day.

Trainers can participate in the global event without a ticket, but purchasing an event ticket grants additional bonuses and Special Research that leads to an encounter with Volcanion. Event-themed Pokémon will appear in rotating habitats during both days of the event, with each habitat hour occurring twice during event hours. Trainers will have the chance to encounter Shiny Carbink or Shiny Frigibax in the wild for the first time in Pokémon GO.

Shield-themed Pokémon will appear throughout the day on Saturday, while Sword-themed Pokémon will appear on Sunday. Some Trainers might even encounter Galarian Farfetch’d or Karrablast, with a chance of experiencing a Shiny one. Avatar items, event stickers, and new costumed Pokémon will be available during the event.

Dapper Pikachu and Falinks in training will make their global debuts in Raids during Pokémon GO Fest 2025: Global. Ticket-holding Trainers can collaborate to complete Global Challenges during each habitat hour on Saturdays and Sundays. If the challenges are completed in time, special bonuses will be unlocked for the remainder of the hour for ticket-holding Trainers.

Completing hourly Global Challenges during GO Fest 2025: Global will activate upgraded versions of upcoming events, with a new Ultra Unlock event activating at 15, 30, and 45 successful Global Challenges. Global ticket holders will have early access to special event-themed 2 km and 5 km Eggs from June 23 to June 29. These Eggs will have an increased chance of hatching Shiny variants.

A limited-time GO Fest Hatcher Box deal will be available in the Pokémon GO Web Store starting June 23, offering Incubators, Super Incubators, and Poffins. Trainers are reminded to stay aware of their surroundings and follow local health guidelines while playing.
