Microsoft Patches Visual Studio Error Message

Some Visual Studio developers report that they’ve been getting error messages after cutting or copying small amounts of text. The messages read: “Insufficient available memory to meet the expected demands of an operation at this time, possibly due to virtual address space fragmentation. Please try again later.”

Although Microsoft points out that users who attempt to copy large chunks of text may legitimately run out of memory, a new patch should eliminate the problem for developers copying smaller amounts of text.
