?Jez Humble, a product manager at ThoughtWorks Studios, is advocating for a new development methodology called “continuous delivery.” While traditional agile development methods can improve the speed of software development and overall quality, they don’t always address the needs of IT operations. Continuous delivery, by contrast, attempts to bring together developers, business managers, and operations so that applications can be deployed as soon as possible.
Humble says that continuous delivery includes the following tenets:

- Everybody is responsible for delivery. .?
- Look for continuous improvement. .?
