Harris Interactive has released a new poll which reveals that 38 percent of mobile app users are unhappy with “most” of the apps they’ve tried. That could be bad news for apps in general as 69 percent of those surveyed said that one bad app changed their brand perceptions. Surprisingly, 13 percent of respondents said they stopped downloading apps altogether after one bad experience.
