Motorola Unveils New Mobile App Development Framework for Enterprises

Motorola has launched version 1.0 of RhoElements, an enterprise mobile app development framework. RhoElements supports the latest HTML5 standards, plus JavaScript and CSS, so that application developers can create cross-platform Web apps that perform like native tablet and smartphone applications. Apps created with RhoElements can be deployed on both existing and forthcoming Motorola devices.

RhoElements is based on technology from Rhomobile, which Motorola acquired earlier this year.
