Rally Software has announced that it will purchase Agile Advantage for an undisclosed sum. Both firms offer agile software development tools, and the two had worked together on several projects. Rally CEO Tim Miller noted, “We’ve been in close collaboration with them in building their product, so it was a natural step for us to bring them in house.”
Rally plans to keep the Agile Advantage team in Seattle and grow its staff from three to ten people.
