Facebook to Hold Mobile Development Conferences

Facebook has announced that this spring it plans to hold three developer events called “Mobile DevCon 2013” that will focus on mobile development. The first event will take place in New York City on April 18. Then the conference will head to London on May 2, followed by a trip to Seoul on May 7.

According to Facebook engineer Simon Cross, these will be “highly technical” events in which “we’ll be deep in product and code.” Topics covered will include how to use mobile SDKs to attract and engage users, how to implement Facebook Login and Open Graph, and how Facebook builds its own mobile apps.
