HP Unveils Two New Agile Software Development Tools

HP has taken the wraps off two new agile software development tools. The first, HP Agile Manager, is an application lifecycle management (ALM) solution that aims to facilitate agile development. It allows managers to assign tasks and developers to create, share and edit code. It’s available on an SaaS basis and costs $39 per user per month.

The second, HP Performance Anywhere is an application monitoring and testing tool. It alerts developers to problems with the app that may require coding changes and includes some advanced analytics capabilities. Like Agile Manager, it will be available under a cloud computing model; it will cost $39 per application transaction per month plus $199 per server.
