IBM Adds 30 New Cloud Development Services to BlueMix

IBM has announced that it is expanding its portfolio of BlueMix cloud development services with thirty new offerings. BlueMix is a platform that attempts to streamline the development and hosting of cloud-based enterprise applications. The new services include a number of devops tools for helping development and operations teams collaborate, big data analytics-as-a-service offerings and some internet of things (IoT) services.

To help promote BlueMix, IBM is also setting up “BlueMix Garages.” These are physical locations where developers can go to learn more about using BlueMix services and access IBM resources.
