IBM Launches Bluemix Local

IBM has added a new option for enterprises interested in its Bluemix platform as a service: Bluemix Local. IBM already offers public and private hosted cloud versions of the cloud development platform. A management console allows IT managers to monitor all of their Bluemix deployments, local or cloud-based, from a single dashboard.
