IBM, Twitter Partner on Analytics Services

IBM and Twitter have announced a new set of cloud computing services that will help enterprises extract insights from Twitter data. Their partnership will bring together IBM’s Watson machine learning platform, its Bluemix cloud development platform, and Twitter’s social data.

“The unprecedented partnership between IBM and Twitter helps businesses tap into billions of real-time conversations to make smarter decisions,” said IBM’s Glenn Finch. “Through unique expertise, curation and insights Twitter data is now able to inform decision-making far inside organizations.”
