Microsoft has taken the public preview label off its Azure IoT Hub, meaning that the cloud computing service is now ready for production use by enterprises. The IoT Hub provides messaging infrastructure that allows connected devices to communicate with each other. It can also integrate with other Azure services, such as storage, machine learning and analytics.
The Azure IoT Hub has a free tier, and prices ranging from $25 per month for the S1 edition up to $250 per month for the S2 edition.
Microsoft also offers several other Internet of Things solutions in its Azure IoT Suite.
