The Israeli tech industry is gearing up to celebrate its rising cadre of women entrepreneurs at the forthcoming Women Leaders Summit, set to take place on March 27. The highlight of the summit will be the presentation of the Next-Gen Women Entrepreneurship Award.
This annual award is regarded as a significant honor, paying tribute to the remarkable women who have not only innovated and contributed greatly to their field, but have also managed to shatter long-standing business stereotypes. The award also aims to promote gender diversity in the tech industry, highlighting the influential roles women continue to play.
Now in its third year, the Next-Gen Women Entrepreneurship Award is proudly sponsored by the well-known Luzzatto Group. The award serves as a platform to amplify the work of upcoming female entrepreneurs and provides an exceptional opportunity to bring their innovative projects into the limelight.
The award process will unfold at Tel Aviv’s Carlton Hotel, featuring a panel of judges who will evaluate participants based on their five-minute project pitches. The evening will culminate in a gala dinner and announcement of the winner, whose project will subsequently receive a substantial prize and even greater recognition.

The previous recipient of the Next-Gen Women Entrepreneurship Award was Dr. Larisa Adamyan, who heads a Haifa-based company Thermomind. Dr. Adamyan’s company has played a significant role in the development of procedures for early breast cancer detection.
