How do I program the ToolTips (text that appears when the cursor is over a toolbar button) ?
Answer:
You should look into the Tips control from Mabry Software. It does all the work for you. Otherwise, you have to start the timer when the MouseOver event fires for that region of the control, and then display the textbox when the timer fires.
