Answer:
In certain programs, initialization code has to run before any windows load. In many cases, this code isn’t specifically related to a window, so it is put in a separate .BAS module. In order to let this code run first, you have to call the routines from Sub Main. Normally, at the end of Sub Main, you tell a window to Show and execution proceeds.
