Creating graphics of forms for documentation

Question:
I am attempting to add a picture of a form to a Word file. How can I do this?

Answer:
The simplest method, most often overlooked, is to run your app and press Alt-PrintScreen when you get it in the state you desire. At this point, you could paste it directly into Word, though I wouldn’t advise it. What I usually do is paste it into a paintshop-type application, and save the file as a TIF image. This seems to be one of the most portable formats available and imports nicely into Word.
