Creating a Client E-mail List

Question:
I am trying to create a client e-mail listing to go out to all our company clients. What would be the easiest way to do this?

Answer:
The easiest way would be to do a Distribution List in Outlook 2000.

The next best solution, if you already have them all in a Contacts folder, would be to add a category (“E-mail List,” perhaps) and then use a filter or a group view to segregate them, select them all, and click “New Message to Contact.”
