Let’s not make life any more difficult than it already is. You can install the Exchange Administrator program onto an NT Workstation directly from the Exchange CD.
Just put the Exchange CD in your workstation’s CD-ROM drive and run the setup program. Have it just install the Admin program and it should work like a charm.
