Blocking E-mail from Specific Address

Question:
How do I block an e-mail address from sending messages to our server?

A former employee keeps sending messages from his outside account to our current employees. I have his e-mail address and I want to block his messages.

Answer:
Go to the Internet Mail Service connector and specify his outside address on the Delivery Restrictions tab under “Reject messages from.”

Of course, this won’t prevent him from getting a Hotmail or Yahoo! account and sending messages from there, but at least his regular account won’t be able to send mail into your server.
