Application Security Testing: An Integral Part of DevOps

Insurance company MetLife is taking a novel approach to recruiting development talent. The company has launched a new website that asks developers to submit their resumes in JSON.

The site reads, "Below is a schema for you to work with to submit your resumé. Feel free to enhance it in any manner. Note that some modifications will not be accepted. Add an 'aboutThisPage' tag to your resumé explaining your validation."

The site is built in Node.js and runs on Microsoft’s Windows Azure cloud computing service. The JSON resumés are plugged into a MongoDB databse.
