Answer:
No, you can’t. In order to access it, you’ll either have to recompile the DLL (and possibly rewrite it) into a 32-bit version, or use a thing called THUNKing. In addition, you can wrap the DLL with OLE automation. If you get a copy of Microsoft Systems Journal, January 1996, the Visual Programmer column has a good article on how to do this.They probably have a web site or have their content somewhere on the net…I’d use AltaVista to find it.
