Phison Electronics, a leading innovator of NAND controllers and storage solutions, has unveiled a suite of breakthrough technologies at COMPUTEX 2025. The company is showcasing powerful solutions to accelerate AI deployment and advance digital infrastructure. One of the key highlights from Phison’s exhibit is the Pascari X200Z, an enterprise SSD engineered to meet high-performance and endurance demands.
Featuring a PCIe Gen5 NVMe interface and up to 60 DWPD endurance, the X200Z is optimized for AI training workloads, real-time analytics, and mission-critical storage infrastructure. Phison also introduces the aiDAPTIVGPT, a comprehensive AI inference toolkit designed for secure, on-premises environments. Targeting small to medium-sized businesses and public institutions, this toolkit supports a range of generative AI tasks including conversational AI, speech services, and data analytics, while ensuring data privacy.
The aiDAPTIVCache AI150EJ is another innovation unveiled by Phison, designed specifically for AI edge and robotics systems. With the proprietary aiDAPTIVLink software layer, it enhances edge inference performance by optimizing Time to First Token (TTFT) and increasing the number of tokens processed.
AI-optimized storage innovations debuted
The E28 PCIe 5.0 SSD controller, built on TSMC’s 6nm process, stands out as the first SSD controller featuring integrated AI processing. Achieving up to 2,600K/3,000K IOPS (random read/write) and 15% lower power consumption than competitors, the E28 sets a new standard in power-optimized high-performance SSDs. Tailored for ultra-thin laptops and handheld gaming devices, the E31T is a DRAM-less PCIe 5.0 SSD controller that supports compact form factors.
It balances high performance, low power consumption, and space efficiency, making it ideal for mobile computing. Phison continues to lead in high-speed data transmission with its suite of PCIe Signal ICs. This includes the industry’s first PCIe 5.0 Retimer certified for CXL 2.0, a PCIe 5.0 Redriver with over 50% global market share, and upcoming PCIe 6.0 Retimer and Redriver solutions.
K.S. Pua, CEO and Founder of Phison Electronics, emphasized the transformative impact of AI and storage convergence, stating, “AI adoption must not remain exclusive to tech giants. Real competitiveness lies in empowering SMBs, educational institutions, and public sectors with affordable, fast, and secure AI solutions.
