Excitel’s new offer asserts competition

The company recently launched two new broadband plans, priced at Rs 1,299 and Rs 1,499, offering high-speed internet, OTT subscriptions, live TV channels, and a free smart TV or HD projector. The end-of-season sale by Excitel is offering a 300 Mbps broadband plan for just Rs 499 per month. Alongside three months of free service, users will get OTT access to platforms like Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar, ALTBalaji, and more.

The offer targets users in around 50 cities in India, focusing on tier-2 and tier-3 towns where high-speed broadband options are often limited. The 9-month plan not only provides three months of free service but also offers additional benefits for customers opting for long-term plans. In some regions, Excitel is recognized as one of the fastest broadband providers due to its focus on high-speed plans.
