The Roslit Volcano eruption event in Fisch brings exciting new content for players. Dr. Finneus, a key NPC, offers a quest that rewards players with a free Volcano Research Boat and the Volcanic Helper Title upon completion. Players must wait for the volcano to erupt at Roslit Bay, located west of Moosewood at coordinates -1450, 135, and 750, to start the quest.
Once the event is live, players can find Dr. Finneus standing on the Volcano Research boat in the central bay area. Interacting with Dr. Finneus initiates the quest, requiring players to catch all the fish in the limited-time Ashfall bestiary. The bestiary includes nine unique fish that can only be seen during the volcano eruption.

Players can use the latest game codes to obtain free bait, making it easier to catch the required fish. After completing the bestiary, players must return to Dr. Finneus to receive their rewards.
In addition to the quest, players may encounter a Mysterious Rock event, announced by the server every few minutes. A meteor crashes into the waters surrounding Roslit Bay, and players can interact with the crater to claim a free, event-exclusive Volcano Bobber. At the time of writing, there is a bug in the game that allows players to obtain the quest rewards without completing the bestiary.
However, the Volcano Research Boat is an excellent option for beginners, as it is free. The Roslit Volcano eruption event serves as a prelude to the highly anticipated Mariana’s Veil update, which will be released the following week. Players can enjoy the new content and exclusive rewards while eagerly awaiting the upcoming expansion.
