If Dictionary.com’s experience is any judge, iAd has been good for iPhone app developers. The company says its effective cost per thousand impressions (eCPM) for ads served within the mobile app is up 177 percent.

A company spokesperson confirms, “Ad fill is increasing every day and revenues have been growing.”
