Bitbucket Pipelines Adds Mercurial Support

Other changes in Bitbucket 4.8 include commit-level review, automatic reviewer assignments for pull requests, backups that don’t require going offline and Git Large File Support for Bitbucket Cloud, the cloud computing version of the tool.
