Soasta Plug-In Speeds Cloud-Based Mobile Development

A new open source tool called the Soasta CloudTest Plugin for Jenkins aims to speed up the development and testing of mobile apps that will be deployed in the cloud. It connects the popular Jenkins continuous integration system with Soasta’s Touchtest platform and the CloudBees cloud development service.

“A lot of people are doing continuous integration and a lot of people are also doing mobile development,” observed Kohsuke Kawaguchi, who has headed up the Jenkins project.

The new plug-in is available for download on the SOASTA CloudTest Plugin for Jenkins website.
