A Continuous Journey
Vishnu doesn’t have much interest in awards. He is more concerned with small, meaningful moments, such as a teammate gaining confidence, a complex problem finally yielding a viable solution, or that same solution improving someone’s life. Vishnu’s way of leading is one where he chooses to listen, encourage, and let others shine around him.
Outside of work, Vishnu enjoys learning something new. Some days, he delves into the latest AI research and development, while on others, he spends time mentoring the next generation of young engineers. Sometimes, Vishnu reflects on his personal journey. He believes that your journey shouldn’t end with just acquiring skills, job titles, or accolades, but that you should continue to make a positive impact on the world.
