Fairy Tail unveils two new indie games

Kodansha Creators’ Lab has announced the release of two new games based on the popular Fairy Tail franchise. The games, titled Fairy Tail: Birth of Magic, and Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc, are part of the Indie Game Guild project. Fairy Tail: Birth of Magic is a deck-building roguelike adventure game.

It follows Natsu and Happy as they discover a mysterious dungeon that strips intruders of their abilities. Together with a new ally named Labi, they set out to reach the deepest part of the dungeon and find Labi’s friends. The game will launch on PC on August 26.

Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc is a sports action game featuring 2vs2 multiplayer beach volleyball battles. Players will use 32 magic-wielding characters, each with unique abilities, to create exciting and chaotic matches.

Fairy Tail games debut announced

As players progress, they can unlock up to 100 types of magic to add to the mayhem. This game will be released on PC on September 16. Both games aim to deliver exciting new adventures and sports action for Fairy Tail fans.

More details about Fairy Tail: Birth of Magic will be shared later. The Fairy Tail manga series, which ran from 2006 to 2017, follows the adventures of the world’s most notorious mage guild, Fairy Tail.
