Viewing referential constraint

Question:
Is there any way to see/select/query referential constraints on tables? I have some constraints on a table that I did not create, and I want to see what rules were applied to them.

Answer:
SQL Server has several stored procedures in the category of what is known as “catalog” procedures (because they give information regarding SQL Server’s internal catalog) that will help you.

sp_help [table name] will provide a detailed description of a table including what indexes and constraints exist.
sp_pkeys and sp_fkeys provide information about primary and foreign keys respectively.
Sp_helptext [constraint name] will provide the SQL code of the constraint.
