Question:
Once end users have created contacts, how do they export them to their home computers or laptops?
Answer:
I assume you’re looking for a simple—if inelegant—way to just “floppy disk” some things to another machine.
Exporting a folder, or folders, in Outlook is a simple matter of “File | Import and Export | Export to a File.” I’d advise exporting to a .PST (Personal Folders File) if the end users have Outlook on their laptops or home computers.
They can export multiple folders to the same file (if they have personal and business contacts for example) and import them as such in Outlook on the other end.
