Answer:
VFP’s Re-Engineering wizard can move your classes to Rational Rose and Visual Modeler, and reports can be generated from there.
There are also several programs that can be downloaded from the Files Section of the Universal thread that will accomplish what you need.
It is also possible to write your own, using functions such as ACLASS() and AMEMBER().
