Android and the other mobile development platforms have only paid out one third as much.

During his keynote address to open this year's Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC), Apple CEO Tim Cook mentioned a number of key statistics about the company's development platforms. It has paid out $10 billion to developers, including $5 billion this year alone. By comparison, that's about three times as much as Android and all the other mobile platforms combined.
